File Explorer and Remote View are supported for Android devices and are included in the Ultimate plan. If both options are missing from the Android device action menu, first confirm that the portal is correctly showing the Ultimate subscription:
- Go to Admin.
- Open License.
- Check whether the current plan is displayed as Ultimate.
If the plan already shows Ultimate but the actions are still unavailable, the portal license permissions may not have refreshed correctly. In trial portals where plan switching is available, you can refresh the license state by temporarily changing the plan and switching it back:
- Go to Admin > License.
- Change the plan from Ultimate to Enterprise.
- Save or update the change.
- Change the plan back to Ultimate.
- Save or update again.
- Return to Manage, open an Android device, and check the available device actions. After the license refresh, File Explorer and Remote View should appear for supported Android devices.
