We have multiple company-owned Android devices enrolled in Hexnode. I downloaded the shared logs package for a user, but opening the .txt file in a text editor shows only weird symbols and scrambled characters — I cannot read anything.
My primary goal is to monitor what users are browsing on the Hexnode Browser and Samsung Browser, specifically to track data consumption per app. We need this data as proof to bill users who are exceeding their mobile data plan due to heavy browser usage.
Is there a way to view the user logs, check browser history, or get a report on app-level data usage through Hexnode?
