I’m trying to enroll a few Windows laptops using the URL from the portal. The problem is that every time I run the installer on a device, it pops up a dialog box asking for an email and password. Is there a way to set this up so it just installs and enrolls automatically without prompting the user for credentials?

Are you using the direct enrollment URL from the Enroll tab? Usually, if it’s asking for a login, it’s because your enrollment profile is configured to challenge the user for identity verification.

Yeah, I’m using the link which looks like https://portalname.hexnodemdm.com/enroll/?profile_id=…., I want my users who use this link to get enrolled without typing anything.

You can achieve this by tweaking your enrollment profile settings. Select your profile from Enrollment profiles sub-tab, then change its user authentication mode to No Authentication

Once you do that, anyone using that enrollment link can install the agent and the device will finish the enrollment process silently without asking for an email or password.
