Hi, I tried changing the URL of a web app, but Hexnode says the URL is already being used by another app. The thing is, I just created this URL today and it’s randomized, so I don’t get how that’s possible.

That’s odd. Did you try searching for the URL in the Apps tab? Sometimes it shows up if it’s already added.

Maybe it could be that another technician added the same URL. If searching doesn’t show it, maybe it’s hidden somewhere in the inventory.

Hey @vance_j ,
Hexnode UEM blocks the URL change for a web app if the same URL is already present in the App Inventory. Since direct URL search is not supported, you will need to filter web apps and check manually to find which app has your URL.
If you do not wish to retain the existing app with this URL, you can delete that entry and then assign the URL to the app you are trying to change. This ensures that the new app can use the URL without conflict.
