Hey folks, when employees leave the company we usually reassign their laptops. Problem is, most of them have BitLocker enabled. Is there a way Hexnode can just un‑encrypt the drives remotely so we don’t have to do it manually?
Yeah, that’s a pain. We had to keep entering recovery keys during OS reinstalls. Would be great if Hexnode could handle the decryption part.

Yes, Hexnode supports remote decryption of BitLocker drives through the Force BitLocker decryption action. This can be initiated from the portal by navigating to Manage > [Select device] > Actions > Security > Force BitLocker decryption.
In the Force BitLocker decryption dialog box, configure the following settings:
Once configured, click Proceed.
