Managing your Android devices just got a little more efficient. We have upgraded the File Explorer to allow for bulk downloads, saving you the hassle of clicking through files one by one.
What’s New?
You can now select and download multiple files simultaneously directly from the Hexnode UEM portal, using File Explorer. Whether you need to pull a batch of logs, documents, or media files, you can grab everything you need in a single action.
Follow these steps:
- On your Hexnode UEM console, navigate to the Manage tab.
- Select your desired Android device.
- Go to the File Explorer sub-tab in the device details page.
- Select the files you need, then navigate to Actions > Download.
Key Detail to Note:
This currently supports the bulk download of individual files. Downloading multiple folders at once is not supported.
