Can’t enroll new devices due to device limitSolved

I need to enroll a new MacBook for an employee, but my device limit (82) has already been reached. How can I proceed? Also, Is this limit per user or for the entire portal?

Hello @douglas , 

The device limit applies to the entire portal, not to individual users. Once you reach the maximum number of devices allowed under your current license, new enrollments will be blocked. 

To proceed, you can: 

  • Disenroll inactive devices to free up slots for new enrollments. 
  • Or increase your device limit by navigating to Admin > License > Subscribe, selecting your existing plan, adjusting the device count, and completing the payment.

This will allow you to enroll additional devices, including the new MacBook.
