Hi team, we’re planning to move from another MDM solution to Hexnode UEM. To keep things consistent, we’d like to replicate the same policies we had earlier. Could someone confirm if the following policies are available exactly as they are in Hexnode, or if there are alternatives?
Web browser default page setup
Windows Firewall restrictions
Windows Hello PIN setup
OneDrive silent configuration
Outlook – disable automatic content download

Hexnode UEM does not currently provide built‑in options for setting up the browser homepage, applying firewall rules, or managing Windows Hello PIN directly. However, these requirements can be achieved using custom configuration profiles through the Deploy Custom Configuration policy, which allows flexibility in replicating such settings.
For requirements like silent OneDrive setup or controlling Outlook content download, these can be managed using Hexnode UEM’s App Configurations policy available for Android, iOS, and macOS. They can also be implemented using custom scripts, either by deploying scripts with the Execute Custom Script action across all supported platforms or by associating the Scripts policy on macOS and Windows to automate execution during startup, shutdown, logon, or logoff.
