We are onboarding a new batch of MacBooks for our Marketing department next week, and I’m currently setting up the Hexnode policies for their device group.
My goal is to deploy Google Chrome to all these machines and push a few managed configurations along with it (specifically, setting the default homepage to our company intranet and forcing a couple of required CRM extensions).
However, when I go to add the app to the policy, Google Chrome just isn’t showing up under the “Store Apps” section. I’ve refreshed the VPP sync and searched multiple times, but it’s completely missing. I know it’s a standard app, so I’m really confused as to why I can’t find it.
Am I missing a step here? How is everyone else deploying Chrome and its configurations to their macOS fleets? Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
