Hi, I’d like to know how I can change the email address associated with my profile. Is there a way to update it directly?
I tried looking around for a an edit option, but it seems like you can’t directly edit the email address once it’s set.
Thank you for raising this! At present, Hexnode does not allow editing the email address of an existing technician profile. The only way to update it is to remove the current technician and add a new one with the updated email.
To create a technician in Hexnode UEM, go to Admin > Technicians and Roles → Add Technician, then enter their details. You can enable SSO , configure CAPTCHA limits and set up 2FA. You may also configure auto logout after inactivity (30 min–8 hrs, session expires after 4 days). Finally, assign a role (Admin, Reports Manager, Apps & Reports Manager, or custom) and click Save.
