The department name is not automatically mapping during enrollment?Solved

I’ve tried enrolling iOS devices through ADE enrollment and created enrollment profiles for the same. I had given a department name under General settings in the enrollment profile for the devices during enrollment. But now, after enrollment I find that the department name is not mapped to the Department field under device details for the corresponding enrolled devices. We wiped the device and tried applying the enrollment profile again but still got the same result. How do i solve this issue??

Hey @noah-blake , the department name that you gave during enrollment will not show up in the Department field under Device Details for the enrolled devices because the the “Department” fields in the enrollment profile and the one show under Device Details are both different. The department in the ADE enrollment profile is the department key recommended by Apple, while the department shown in the device details is a custom tag for providing additional information about devices manually through the Hexnode portal.
