Why are enrollment invites still sent to my old email?Solved

Hi all, 

When I send an enrollment invite to email, it’s going to my old address. That email was mistakenly used earlier as the Google domain admin, but I’ve disenrolled it and now I’m using a new email address. I’m wondering why it’s still sending to the old email.

Thanks for sharing this. 

It sounds like the system might still have your old email cached or mapped to your technician or admin profile. 

To fix this, please try these steps: 

  • Navigate to the Manage tab and select Users. 

  • Search for your name or profile and check if the email address listed there is still the old one. 

  • If it is, you can manually edit the user details to update it to your current email. 

This should resolve the issue and ensure enrollment invites go to the correct address.

That worked for me. Once I updated the user profile, the invites started going to the right email.
