We just deployed a new CRM app to our sales team tablets, which are Android. My boss wants to know if they are actually using it, or if they are just opening it once and closing it.
I know I can see how much data an app uses, but is there a report that shows the actual duration or “screen time” spent inside a specific app? I need to prove ROI on this deployment.
