Hola everyone, I added the Jira Cloud app to Apple Business Manager (ABM) and now I’m trying to include it in a multi-app kiosk policy. But I can’t seem to find it under the apps list in Hexnode. Am I missing a step here?
Why isn’t the Jira Cloud app being visible in Hexnode after adding it to ABM?Solved

I had the same headache last month. Even after syncing ABM, some apps don’t show up right away. I usually go through the Apps tab and add them manually from the store. That tends to fix it.
Thanks for your valuable input everyone, it’s great to see the community sharing their experiences. Let me clarify from our side.
If you’ve added Jira Cloud to ABM but don’t see it in Hexnode, you’ll need to add it via the Apps tab > Add Apps > Store Apps option in the Hexnode UEM portal. Also, please ensure that the required VPP licenses are purchased for the app. This is necessary for proper deployment
Once added, you can include Jira Cloud in your multi-app policy. Do note, however, that Jira Cloud currently does not support iOS versions below 16, so devices running older versions won’t be able to use it.

Ah, that explains why it wasn’t working on some of our older iPads. Guess we’ll have to upgrade or leave Jira off those devices.
Honestly, I think Atlassian is pushing everyone to stay current with iOS.
Haha, classic case of “update or get left behind.” At least Hexnode makes it easy to see which devices are compatible once you push the policy. Saved me from a lot of guesswork.
