Can I retain eSIM configurationsSolved

Hey all, so, my organization just bought a new iPhone to replace one that had severe battery issues. We use eSIMs in our phones and the cell provider has already shifted the eSIM to the new device. If I have to enroll this new iPhone in the Hexnode portal, it should be factory reset, right? If I do that, will these eSIM configurations be gone?

Factory reset does not interact with the eSIM right? So, I guess you needn’t worry.

@yu-yan , for an organization owned iOS device, supervision enables granular control over it, which can help in monitoring device usage patterns. When the iPhone is enrolled into Hexnode, it will be factory reset upon supervision enabling.

However, during the factory reset process, you will be prompted with an option to keep eSIM configurations, hence it will not be lost during the process.
