I am trying to remove old work accounts from a Windows device, but I am running into issues during cleanup. Even after removing the account from Accounts > Access work or school, I still see related entries under Enrollments in the registry. When I try to delete them, Windows throws errors saying the items cannot be removed. I attempted deleting individual entries like AlertListener, but the error persists. Is there a specific order or method to fully remove these enrollment remnants?

Thanks for explaining the issue in detail. This behavior is usually caused by leftover registry subkeys that are still referenced by the enrollment structure.
When cleaning up enrollment-related registry entries, deleting individual components such as AlertListener is not sufficient and can result in permission or dependency errors. Instead, you need to delete all contents inside the Enrollments registry path, and then remove the entire Enrollments folder itself. If even one subkey remains, Windows will block the deletion of the parent folder.
Please ensure that every subfolder and entry under Enrollments is removed first, and only then attempt to delete the main Enrollments key. Once fully cleared, the work account entries should no longer appear.
