Hi team, I’m facing an issue with my Windows devices. I can’t uninstall antivirus apps that were installed outside Hexnode. Is there a way to remove them through Hexnode?

Only Hexnode managed apps can be uninstalled using Hexnode. Since your antivirus was pre‑installed and not deployed via Hexnode, it cannot be uninstalled from the portal.

Got it. I noticed apps like CrowdStrike show up in the device application list, but I can’t figure out which antivirus is actively running or enabled.

You can verify the antivirus status under Device Info > Device Status Info > Antivirus Status for the selected device. Additionally, the Applications sub‑tab will give you details of the installed security software.
