Hi, we have a bunch of Android devices, specifically Samsung tablets, that are always on power mode. The issue is that since these devices are plugged in all the time, we are worried about battery bloating over time.
Can Hexnode help with this?

Hey! I have dealt with similar cases before. Since these are Samsung tablets, I’d recommend checking the KNOX configurations in policies.

Thanks for the suggestion! I checked the KNOX configurations, but I couldn’t find anything specific to limit battery charge. Only battery optimization options are listed there, which don’t really seem to prevent bloat from constant charging.

Hexnode currently doesn’t support native settings to cap battery percentage directly. The Android OS-level control limits what can be done via Hexnode. However, I’ll definitely inform our team about your requirement.
