@margaret , since the flickering only happens with that specific app, it is evidently an app-side issue. What you could do is reach out to the app developer to confirm if it’s designed to work under managed or locked-down setups.
It is always advised to test new apps on a single device first before applying them across your fleet. That way, you can catch these issues early.
Once the app developer resolves the compatibility issue, you can safely add it back to your Kiosk setup.
