Guide to Purchase and Manage Hexnode XDR Subscription
As organizations scale their use of devices, applications, and cloud-based systems, their IT environments grow increasingly complex. This complexity makes it difficult for security teams to monitor assets and respond to risks effectively. Hexnode XDR (Extended Detection and Response) simplifies this by unifying threat detection, analysis, and automated response within a single platform. It integrates endpoint detection, vulnerability management, and threat investigation to provide a holistic view of your security posture.
What Does Subscribing to Hexnode XDR Mean?
Subscribing to Hexnode XDR is the essential first step for organizations aiming to track security risks and detect threats in real-time. A subscription grants administrators access to the Hexnode XDR portal, a centralized hub for monitoring security events and handle threats.
Hexnode XDR offers the Standard Plan, which defines the number of covered endpoints and the specific features included. Organizations can begin with a trial plan to explore the platform or upgrade to the paid Standard Plan for full access to all security capabilities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does a temporary $1 charge appear on the credit card statement after card is updated?
A temporary $1 charge is a standard security verification used to validate the payment method. Hexnode XDR issues an authorization hold to ensure the card is active and valid. This amount is not a permanent charge and is typically refunded to the account within 10 business days.
What is the procedure for removing a saved credit card from the billing profile?
Saved cards are managed within the Billing Details tab. A card can be deleted at any time provided it is not currently designated as the Primary Card. To remove a primary payment method, a different card must first be assigned as the primary to ensure a valid payment source remains on file for upcoming renewals.
