I configured a Windows Advanced Restrictions policy in Hexnode to prevent users from resetting the device. After applying it, the Windows Settings page still shows the Reset this PC option, and I can open the reset workflow. Does this mean the restriction is not working, or is the reset option supposed to remain visible?

The reset option in Windows may still remain visible even when the Advanced Restrictions policy is configured to prevent device reset. Hexnode does not hide the Reset this PC option from Windows Settings in this case.
To verify whether the restriction is working, open the reset workflow and select an option such as Keep my files. If the policy is enforced correctly, Windows should block the reset and display a prompt indicating that the reset cannot be performed.
Also confirm that the policy is successfully associated with the device. If the policy action is still pending in the device action history, the restriction will not take effect yet.
