Hi @jayceon,
This can happen when the Phone/Dialer package identifier differs between Android device models. A TC26 and TC27 may not always use the same package entry for the Phone app, so an app that is allowed in kiosk for one model may still be hidden on another.
Check the affected TC27 first:
- Go to Manage > select the affected device > Applications.
- Set the app filter to All Apps.
- Use the column editor and enable Status and Identifier.
- Search for Phone, Dialer, and any related calling app entries.
- Note the identifier shown for the TC27 Phone/Dialer app.
- Open the kiosk policy assigned to the device.
- Go to Kiosk Lockdown > Android Kiosk Lockdown > Multi-App Kiosk.
- Add the Phone/Dialer app entry with the identifier found on the TC27.
- Save the policy.
Also, since the device has not checked in recently, the updated policy will not apply until the device syncs with Hexnode. Exit kiosk locally, open the Hexnode management app on the device, and trigger a sync. Confirm that the device check-in time updates in the portal before testing the kiosk again.
