We’re testing a newer macOS ADE enrollment workflow where a hidden local IT admin account is created during setup. The employee then creates/logs in with their own local user account.
The Mac is checking in now, but in the policy Action History I’m seeing a partial success/warning under a restrictions policy. This made me concerned because we previously had a Mac stop checking in after a couple of days and ended up wiping it.
Is this warning caused by the hidden admin account not being logged in? Could it affect Hexnode check-ins or prevent the policy from applying to the employee’s actual user account?
