    I get this message: Location tracking disabled as MDM app is not installed: how can i enable location tracking for iPad?

    Hey Alex! You have to make sure that the Hexnode MDM app is installed in the device, after installing, ensure that all the permissions are granted, once that is done, open the app once. Once this is done, Location tracking is enabled.

    I’ve got two more questions: can Hexnode log when a device was turned off and on during the day? And also, can the location history feature be turned off on a schedule, e.g. only 9-5?

    Hey Alex! The device on/off logs are currently in the works and should be available soon.

    As for the timed location history feature, it’s on our roadmap but we have not prioritized it yet.
