We are incredibly excited to introduce a massive structural upgrade to your Hexnode Automations workflow! Executing actions across your entire fleet just got a whole lot more strategic.

We know that rolling out critical automations to thousands of devices at once can sometimes be nerve-wracking. To help you deploy with absolute confidence and catch any potential edge cases early, we are introducing Deployment Rings. This powerful new feature allows you to break down your automation tasks into smaller, controlled phases. By validating success on a small test group first, the system will automatically pause, evaluate, and only proceed to the next batch of devices when it is safe to do so.

To give you complete control over these phased rollouts, we have added some exciting new tools to your console:

• The Deployment Rings Sub-tab: Located right under the Automate tab, this is your new command center. Here, you can create custom deployment rings by defining multiple ring phases, allocating a specific number of devices to each, and setting strict success percentage and waiting periods between phases.
• Strategic Execution: When creating your Hexnode automations, your target filters can now be routed directly through these strategic deployment rings. This phased approach is supported for all automation actions across all operating systems!
• The Automation Status Sub-tab: Keep a close eye on your rollouts in real time! We’ve added an all-new monitoring tab so you can track the live progress of your deployment rings, watch phases successfully complete, and ensure your automations are running exactly as planned.

Whether you are pushing a complex script, enforcing a new policy, or executing bulk remote actions, this update ensures your rollouts are safe, scalable, and completely under your control.
