I have an enrolled device in Hexnode that is currently assigned to one user. I need to remove it from that user and move it to another user. Is there a way to reassign the device from the portal, or do I need to unenroll and enroll it again?

You can reassign the device directly from the Hexnode portal using the Change Owner action. You do not need to remove the device from management just to assign it to a different user.
Steps:
1. Go to the Manage tab in the Hexnode portal.
2. Select Devices.
3. Click the device you want to reassign to open its Device Details page.
4. Click Actions in the top-right corner.
5. Choose Change Owner.
6. Search for and select the new user.
7. Click Change to save the updated owner.
After this, the device will be associated with the selected user in Hexnode.
