Need some urgent help with a Windows 11 Pro device. After a recent system update, one of our employee laptops suddenly booted into the BitLocker recovery screen and is now asking for the 48-digit win 11 recovery key.
The user has no idea where the key is stored, and the device won’t boot any further without it. We manage the laptop using Hexnode UEM, so I wanted to check if there’s any reliable way to find the win 11 recovery key either from the portal or somewhere else tied to the device history.
Has anyone run into this before?
