Extensible SSO greyed out in macOS policy despite Ultimate planSolved

I’m trying to set up a macOS policy in Hexnode and use Extensible SSO, but the option is greyed out. The portal is on an Ultimate subscription, so I expected this to be available. Is there another prerequisite for enabling it, like a specific enrollment type or macOS setting?

Thankyou for raising that question.

Extensible SSO for macOS policies is available only with the Ultra plan in Hexnode. If the portal is on the Ultimate plan, the Extensible SSO section will remain greyed out even if the device is enrolled correctly and the macOS policy is otherwise valid.

This behavior is not caused by device supervision, enrollment method, certificates, or a missing macOS configuration. It is a plan-level availability restriction for the macOS Extensible SSO payload.
