I need to enroll a new Android device in Hexnode, but the device does not have a camera. We usually scan the QR code during Android enrollment, so I’m not sure how to proceed on this model. Is there another way to start Android Enterprise enrollment without using the camera?

Yes. If the Android device does not have a camera, you can enroll it using the Android Enterprise token method instead of QR code enrollment. Use the following steps:
- Factory reset the Android device.
- Start the initial device setup.
- Continue until the setup screen asks you to add a Google account.
- In the email field, enter:
afw#hexnodemdm - Continue with the on-screen prompts.
- The Hexnode app will be downloaded and launched automatically.
- Complete the remaining enrollment steps shown on the device.
This method is commonly used for Android Enterprise device owner enrollment when QR code scanning is not possible.
