Thank you for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the requested feature that lets you set the time of all your enrolled devices to a specific time zone. We have raised a feature request with the development team on your behalf.
Alternatively, you can execute a custom script to set specific time zones for your macOS devices from Hexnode.
