don’t think Linux can be managed with your current plan. Also I remember checking this back that advanced features like kiosk need top tier plans.

Hello @famk_e

To achieve a Kiosk lockdown on Linux devices, your portal must be on the Ultra plan.

The Kiosk feature for Linux is part of our advanced management suite, which allows you to restrict the device to specific applications.

Oh okay, can we manage Linux devices without kiosk lockdown with our current plan?

No, basic enrollment and management for Linux devices require the Ultimate plan at a minimum.

To summarize the requirements for Linux:

  • Ultimate Plan: Necessary for standard enrollment and device management.
  • Ultra Plan: Necessary for Kiosk Lockdown.

If you’d like to upgrade your plan, please reach out to our support team, and they’ll guide you through the process.
