Hello @zayn_nj ,
At the moment, it is not possible to force mobile data and NFC to remain enabled on Android devices. This is a limitation of the Android OS, and Hexnode UEM cannot override it. If users must not access system settings or the notification shade where they would normally interact with NFC, configure Android kiosk mode. This prevents users from reaching the native Settings app and changing restricted options manually.
For controls like airplane mode and location, the devices should be enrolled through Android Enterprise as fully managed devices, also known as Device Owner mode, because these settings affect the entire device and not just a managed work profile.
A typical configuration would be:
- Enroll the device using Android Enterprise enrollment as a fully managed device.
- Create or edit an Android policy in Hexnode UEM .
- Go to Restricitions > Basic.
- Disable Airplane mode under Allow Device Functionality.
- Enable GPS and Force GPS to fetch location under Allow Location Settings.
- Associate the policy with the target devices or device group.

Simon Scott
