You can remove the Activation Lock from the iOS device through any of the following methods:
- If the device is managed by Hexnode: Navigate to Manage > Devices on the Hexnode UEM console, select the device, and go to Actions > Clear Activation Lock. This only works if the Activation Lock bypass code was captured before the lock was applied, so it will not help if the device was never managed by Hexnode.
- If the device is not managed by Hexnode: If you are in contact with the person whose iCloud account is linked, they can remove it remotely from iCloud.com/find.
- Support Request: If you have proof of purchase, you can contact Apple Support to request removal of the Activation Lock. Visit Apple Support to start this process.
