You can add a PDF to the iOS home screen by deploying it as a web app or web clip. The PDF needs to be hosted somewhere accessible through a URL. For example, you can upload the PDF to a cloud storage service such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or another approved hosting location, then generate a shareable or direct link to the file. Use that URL while creating the web app/web clip in Hexnode and deploy it to the devices through an iOS policy.
For arranging icons on supervised iOS devices, use the Home Screen Layout configuration in the iOS policy. This lets you place apps and web clips in a defined order across home screen pages. The usual path is: Policies > iOS > Home Screen Layout.
Or, if you are editing an existing policy: Policies > select the policy > Manage > Modify > Configuration > Home Screen Layout
Once configured, the policy can place the PDF web clip and other web links on the first home screen.
