Or, if you are editing an existing policy: Policies > select the policy > Manage > Modify > Configuration > Home Screen Layout

Once configured, the policy can place the PDF web clip and other web links on the first home screen.

I found the Home Screen Layout section inside the existing iOS policy, but the option is greyed out and I can’t select or edit it. Does that mean it’s not available for all accounts?

Yes, if the Home Screen Layout configuration is visible but greyed out, it usually means that the feature is not included in the current Hexnode plan. You can still deploy the PDF as a web clip if web app deployment is available in your plan, but you will not be able to enforce the exact home screen position or move it to the first page using Home Screen Layout unless that feature is included. Without Home Screen Layout, iOS may place newly deployed web clips after existing apps, so users might need to swipe to another page to find them.
