We are getting message saying android web advanced policy will be removed from subscription in 6 days and we need to upgrade to higher plan. Can you please advise if we need to do this?

This is because you have downgraded your plan or may have been on trial and then subscribed recently.
Your account now has a policy that uses a non-supported feature.
If you want to continue using the feature you will have to subscribe to a higher plan that supports this feature.
