Is there a feature in the MDM to disable the lock screen when in kiosk mode? We want to go to kiosk, which works, but after a number of seconds the device locks

Thanks for reaching out to us!
You would be able to keep the device screen ON at all times by enabling the option ‘Keep Screen ON’ under Policies -> Kiosk Lockdown -> Android Kiosk lockdown -> Peripheral Settings -> Display.
Enabling the ‘Disable Power button’ option will clear the lock screen PIN, unlock pattern, or password off Samsung Knox devices running Android 5.0 – Android 8.1.0 and devices enrolled in Android Enterprise.
Enabling the option ‘Disable screen lock if the screen was turned off’ will clear any PIN, unlock pattern or password on the device. Supported only for Samsung Knox 2.0+
