Can you set it to default to update location once the user turns on the wifi? how it work in real time . i want to pull the location using my internal Software

Apple doesn’t allow us to fetch the location right away, but we do get it when there has been a significant change in the location. For a device that is traveling, you should be able to get that with fairly good accuracy.
