While I have seen other comments regarding the issue of Work Account Creation failed! it seems sporadic. We are having this issue with any/all newly activated Android tablets are experiencing this. The kicker is that when you try to authenticate, it will attempt for 90 seconds before throwing up a generic Unknown Error Occurred message. If you make a second attempt, after 90 seconds, it will continue to activate normally. On the Hexnode feed, it shows the attempts of the user with an Android device at the end (Looks like John Doe Android device)
The system has been working fine for a while, when authentications took about 5-15 seconds to create the handshake and continue the activation.
