I added more app licenses in Apple Business Manager, but the updated VPP license count is not showing in Hexnode. The apps are already available in the portal, but the newly purchased licenses still don’t appear as available. Is there a way to force Hexnode to refresh the VPP license details from Apple Business Manager?

Hello ,
Yes. If newly added Apple VPP licenses are not reflected in Hexnode UEM automatically, you can manually sync the VPP account from the portal.
Go to: Admin > Apple Business/School Manager > Apple VPP
Then click Sync for the required VPP account. Once the sync is complete, go to the Apps tab and check the affected app. The updated VPP license availability should be displayed there. This refreshes the license information from Apple Business into Hexnode UEM.
