Report devices missing a specific app in HexnodeSolved

I’m trying to create a Hexnode report that shows devices where a specific application is not installed. I can generate a list of devices that have the app installed, but I don’t see a custom report filter for the opposite condition, like “application name does not exist.” Is there a way to report on devices missing a particular app?

Hexnode does not currently provide a dynamic custom report filter to query the absence of any arbitrary unmanaged application, such as filtering a report by “Application Name does not exist.”
If the app is mandatory for your managed endpoints, the recommended workaround is to track it through Required Apps and Application Compliance.
Steps:
1. Go to Policies and create a new policy, or edit an existing one.
2. Select the relevant platform configuration.
3. Navigate to App Management > Required Apps.
4. Add the application that should be present on the devices.
5. Associate the policy with the required devices or device groups.
6. Save the policy.
7. Go to Reports > Built-in Reports > Device Reports.
8. Under Configuration and Restriction Reports, open Device missing required apps.
This report lists devices that are missing the required applications assigned through policy.
