Hello @ryker ,
This behavior usually points to a network-side firewall, proxy, or secure web gateway performing SSL inspection on HTTPS traffic.
For apps that upload files to cloud storage endpoints, SSL inspection can break the trusted secure connection. The app may then reject the upload and show an error such as “Can’t upload from this network.”
A quick way to confirm the source of the issue is to connect one affected kiosk to a completely different unrestricted network, such as a mobile hotspot:
- If uploads work on the hotspot, Hexnode UEM kiosk restrictions and the app configuration are not blocking the upload.
- If uploads fail on the hotspot as well, then a device restriction, app configuration, or policy setting may need to be reviewed.
If the devices are not using a Global HTTP Proxy deployed through Hexnode UEM, there is no proxy exception to configure in Hexnode. In that case, the required fix is for the network administrator to add the app’s upload/backend domain to the SSL inspection bypass or allowlist on the corporate firewall or secure web gateway.

Simon Scott
