How to get alerts for device enrollment and inactive devices in Hexnode?Solved

Is there a way to notify admins whenever a new device is enrolled in Hexnode? I also want an alert if a device has not checked in for more than 30 days. Ideally, all admins should receive these alerts.

Hi @marien,

You can configure these alerts from the Admin tab of the Hexnode UEM portal.

For device enrollment alerts:

  1. Go to the Admin tab.
  2. Open the Alert Profile section.
  3. Create a new alert profile, and add the event as “Device enrolled”.
  4. Choose the action, targets and technicians, profile details and save.

For inactive device alerts:

  1. Go to Admin > General > Inactivity Settings.
  2. Set the device inactivity period, for example, 30 days.
  3. Enable the device inactive alert from the notification settings.

Once configured, Hexnode can notify the selected admins when a new device is enrolled or when a device remains inactive beyond the configured inactivity period.
