This behavior can occur if the device is running an older Hexnode Kiosk Browser APK. Updating the Kiosk Browser app and then reinstalling it on the device should resolve the unexpected refresh while scrolling.
If the Kiosk Browser APK is deployed as an enterprise app, try the following:
1. Go to Apps in the Hexnode portal.
2. Filter the app list by App Type: Enterprise App and Platform: Android.
3. Open the Hexnode Kiosk Browser app entry.
4. Click the settings/gear icon and choose Edit.
5. Use Change next to the APK file and upload the latest Hexnode Kiosk Browser APK.
6. Save the app.
7. Update the Required Apps policy so it points to the updated app version.
8. Exit kiosk mode on the device.
9. Open the Hexnode app on the device, go to the Apps section, and install the updated Kiosk Browser.
10. Re-enable kiosk mode and test the web app again.
After the updated APK is installed, the web app should no longer refresh when scrolling upward.
