When exporting Application Reports from Hexnode, the exported file only seems to show device numbers. Is there a way to include actual device details like Device Name, User, OS, OS version, and Serial Number in the export? I need the report to be easier to identify without manually matching device numbers elsewhere.

Thanks for raising that question.
While exporting the application report, choose the Device List option during export. This exports the list of devices associated with the application along with device-specific details such as the device name, assigned user, OS, OS version, and serial number. If the export is generated without selecting Device List, the report may only show device numbers or limited device references, which can make it harder to identify the devices directly from the file.
