Hi, I’m having some trouble getting my devices set up. First, I need to get an APK file into my library so I can install it on several of my Android devices, but I’m not sure how to add it to the portal properly.
Additionally, I’m running into a frustrating issue with a new iPhone. I’ve enrolled it, but the Hexnode app just won’t install. Because the app isn’t there, I can’t apply any policies or manage the device. I’ve already tried resetting the phone three times and de-enrolling/re-enrolling it, but the app still refuses to show up. What am I missing?
