How can I update the app icon for uploaded Windows applications? When I upload a custom enterprise Windows app (Okta Verify for example) I don’t get the option to update the existing icon from the gear menu.

Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand how customizing the icon for apps like Okta Verify would be helpful.
The option to update the icon is currently not available for uploaded Windows enterprise apps. The Hexnode UEM console automatically assigns a default Windows logo to these uploads.
While we do offer the portal icon change option for Web apps and certain other platforms, it is also worth noting that even when an icon is changed in the Hexnode console, the actual icon that installs on the user’s device is always dictated by the native installer file of the app.
I will definitely share your feedback with our product team. Taking this up down the road will depend on its feasibility and overall priority, so while we can’t make any immediate promises, it is great feedback for us to track.
