I tried to delete inactive devices, but I could only disenroll them. Now they’re still listed as enrolled. Can someone clarify this process?

Oh wow, that reminds me of when I accidentally left my Bluetooth headphones “enrolled” in my system for weeks. Totally unrelated, but tech quirks can be funny sometimes!

Thank you for raising this question.

To finalize the disenrollment action, you need to go to Reports > Built in Reports > Device Reports > Disenrollment pending devices, where you’ll see the list of devices that were disenrolled but haven’t yet been fully processed. From there, select the relevant devices and mark them as disenrolled. This step ensures that the devices are properly removed from the enrolled list and no longer show up as active in your environment.
