Hi team, I’d like to know if mobileconfig files can be deployed using Deploy Custom Configuration policy on macOS devices under our current Hexnode UEM subscription tier.

Thanks for confirming. Custom configuration deployment using mobileconfig files isn’t available for the Ultimate plan. This feature is supported only in the Ultra plan.
