Hey all, is there a grace time after which the passcode expires, and will show non-compliant in the Hexnode portal? Like, what will happen after this specific time is over exactly, and is it possible to change the action that occurs once this time is up?

@desmond , As far as I know, when current password is not according to the configured rules of your Password policy, Hexnode will immediately flag the device as non-compliant.

@cameron , immediately? Is there no way to change the time for that? I see a Grace Period for device lock in the iOS policies?

@desmond ,  When the password policy is set for the devices, the devices become non-compliant when the configured norms are not met by the current passwords. The devices are immediately flagged as non-compliant in the Hexnode Portal during periodic check-ins. The passwords must be changed as soon as possible to make the devices compliant again, as the passwords are essentially expired.

For iOS devices, the time within which the device can remain idle, without requiring passcode to unlock, is set under the Grace Period for device lock option, which you mentioned. This grace period does not have a direct relation to the passcode compliance.

@elle_reed , oh I thoroughly misunderstood the Grace period option. My doubts are clear now. Thank you!
