Hey, we’re seeing an issue where our ADE profile failed to sync in Hexnode due to unaccepted Apple terms.
However, when we checked Apple Business Manager (ABM) and the Apple Certificates portal, there were no new terms presented for acceptance. Has anyone else faced this? Not sure what we’re missing here.

Hi @desmond,

In cases where no new Apple terms are visible, this behavior is often resolved by renewing the ADE server token in Apple Business Manager and re-uploading it in Hexnode, followed by syncing the devices again.

We tried renewing the ADE account, but during the process we encountered an invalid CSR error while renewing the certificate.

Hi,

This error typically occurs when the CSR is generated from the wrong portal. For ADE renewal, the CSR must be generated from Apple Business Manager, not from the Apple Push Certificates portal. Using the correct CSR should resolve the error.
